- Kathakali Massage (excellent for dancers - arose from Kathakali an ancient Indian dance and performance art from Kerala)

AYURVEDA

All-inclusive program is for people with health imbalances and varying issues. For this program it's recommended two weeks to three weeks of treatments. This is a custom-tailored program for those suffering from grief, over or underweight, post-surgery, addiction, various aches and pains and conditions, and other health problems. Daily you meet with our Ayurveda doctor and receive custom treatments and are cared for by our specialized team. This program includes daily massage based on personal needs and daily Ayurvedic treatments. *

Panchakarma therapy is a rejuvenation program of one to two weeks. It applies five Ayurvedic therapeutic practices to the body to revivie and detoxify. This is for people who are in good health in general already. This therapy aim is to achieve holistic wellness for a person. The treatments are customized to each peron's health needs. Daily massages are included in this program. First, the body is prepared for the treatments through snehan/oleation/ - to detox and swedana/sweating - flush toxins. Then these five treatments depending on need: 1. Vaman 2. Basti 3. Raktamokshan 4. Virechana 5. Nasya. All these cleanses the body restoring balance of body-mind-spirit. Daily Yoga and meditation are included.*

Dinyacharya are daily self-care practices. In this one week program you will learn in-depth the Ayurveda practices of self-care that support longevity and are a key foundation practice for those who want to commit to everyday healthy living, the yogic path and meditation. Program includes hands-on and embodied instruction, along with interactive lectures. Time to ask questions and you'll recieve a Dinyacharya booklet to support your practice once at home. Learning self-massage is included in this program, along with daily massage while in the program at the clinic. *

Ayurveda Dosha Cooking is a five day to one week program where you learn how to make food specific to your dosha constitution, along with traditional local cusine of southern Kerala. You will be in the kitchen daily learning hands-on how to prepare three daily meals based on your constitution. By doing so you will start to learn where and how you can make shifts to your diet once you are back home. This is a great program to conclude any of our programs with or a stand alone program that helps you learn tradtional style cooking specific to your health needs for vibrant well-being. *

YOGA

Daily Yoga Therapy class are offered 7:00-8:00 am and Hatha Yoga 5:00 - 6:15 pm inclusive of 15-20 minutes of guided meditation.
MEDITATION

Daily guided meditation is offered in the morning 6:30 - 7:00 am and end of the day 8:00 - 8:30 pm.
AGASTYA & LOPAMUDRA

Ayurveda is a science and wellness system utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It is healthcare that evaluates all aspects of one's unique constitution to diagnose, manage and treat health issues.
It uses natural methods and ingredients from nature for treatments to detox and vitalize through massage, herbal medicine, yoga, meditation and diet. It alleviates symptoms and cures ailments. The Ayurveda system origins reach back to the 2nd century BC in India. Where sages and seers and yogins laid the foundations of philosophical teachings by the name of Vaisheshika and a school of logic called Nyaya. Also, during this time the philosophical framework called Samkhya, the roots of Yogic philosophy were established in this same period.
Sage Agastya is often considered the founding father of Ayurveda who was married to a well-known woman philosopher by the name of Lopamudra. She was one of the 27 female rishis who contributed to Vedic literature with multiple hymns accredited to her, within the four Vedas many medicinal plants are cited. Both Agastya and Lopamudra are considered living wise Shiddas transmitting important knowledge for humanity and the planet.
